Job Description
Calling Prospective customer and generating leads.
Ensure timely payment by informing the customer before time and proper follow up.
Update accounts team timely about payments and share with Sales Team payment related issue.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the products.
Take and process orders from customer in an accurate manner and accelerate the process.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Handle grievances and inform to the respective team.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Submitting daily sales report.
Key Skills
Fluency in Telugu and Kannada Language
