Job description

• Spearhead the procurement of civil foundation materials, including cement and steel rods.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth communication and meet expectations.
  
• Conduct research and evaluate vendors to determine suitability of products and contract pricing.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to develop and negotiate new components.
  
• Plan and execute localization of import parts to achieve targets.
  
• Manage invoice discrepancies, rejected materials, and missed deliveries.
  
• Lead the advancement of new products and manage suppliers for civil materials.
