- Pleasing personality: Must be excellent at Customer Interaction & Relationship Building.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Business target setting, planning, promoting and executing in assigned territory through Builders, Contractors, Individuals and Real estate Agents.
- Responsible for representing company on trade shows, exhibitions and seminars.
- Responsible for providing periodic MIS on market trend, sales activities, project activities, Marketing Strategies etc.

- Over viewing the project division, Client Management right from kickoff meeting & understanding the design brief to making design presentations and design development to service clarifications and further proceeding to tendering and execution and ensuring a smooth the coordination with clients.
- Team Co-ordinations involving various architecture and engineering services teams. Also coordination with liaison, approvals and certification and documentation teams. Strong in Negotiation and bargaining.
- Who can go out and meet the client. Who can come up with different strategies. Ready to travel in and around Bangalore to meet clients.
- Should have a Two wheeler vehicle own Mandatory
