Job Description:
- Team Leadership:
- Assist the Branch Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising a team of life insurance agents.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to agents to help them achieve sales targets and enhance their performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and motivates employees to excel.
- Sales Management:
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and demonstrating best practices to the team.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee the handling of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain the agency’s reputation for excellent service.
- Operations Management:
- Assist in managing branch operations, including inventory management, administrative tasks, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the branch.
- Monitor and manage expenses to ensure the branch operates within budgetary constraints.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to keep agents updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to agents to support their professional development and career growth.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing, underwriting, and claims, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business initiatives.
- Represent the branch in meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote the agency’s services and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
