• Oversee daily administrative operations , ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  
•  Manage patient records, billing, insurance claims, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff for smooth workflow and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Supervise administrative staff, schedule shifts, and manage staff training programs.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
  
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Implement and optimize hospital management systems for better operational efficiency.
